Henry has over 30 years of legal, management, and technology experience including years as a Federal Administrative Judge. His current focus is on protecting children, non-profit, leadership, communication, employment, problem-solving, mediation, and law.
Henry is an experienced family law mediator who specializes in high conflict child custody cases and allegations of domestic violence or abuse. Henry is a trained Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer. As Chair of KidsFirst! Foundation he decided to distribute a free, public version of KidsFirst! custody agreement and parenting plan software to family law courts and to low-income parents. Henry holds a BA degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctor degree. |

Mark is a recognized expert with over 30 years of experience in the performance
of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) Worldwide. He has served as Manager
of the Global EIA Group at Nexant, an affiliate of
Bechtel Inc. Previously Mark
was with global environmental consulting firms SECOR and CH2M Hill plus global engineering firm ABB and has served on numerous short and
long-term environmental assignments in over 20 countries.
Recent assignments include development of EIA guides for power sector projects in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia, and energy sector environmental assessments in Hong Kong and throughout the East Caribbean. Mark holds a BS degree in Biological Sciences and an MS degree in Environmental Engineering.
